Hourly fee: When charging for services, rates are determined by the number of hours that the services are given. You will receive a comprehensive, itemized bill outlining all of the work completed on your case. Whichever billing schedule you select, you may receive this explanation either monthly or at the conclusion of your case. The assumed fee arrangement will be on an hourly rate basis until otherwise agreed.

Flat fee: When you pay a flat fee, you receive a predetermined amount in exchange for the rendered services. There will be no accounting.

Contingency fee: If we win a case for you on a contingency fee basis, you won’t pay any legal expenses unless we make a recovery. This is a plan that you might be able to choose instead of hourly rates. We will let you know if your case qualifies on a contingency basis; not all instances do. Either way, we will draft an employment contract outlining the fee schedule for you.

A minimum fee may apply in some circumstances. This implies that until excessive time is incurred, no hourly accounting will be done.
